Dear God

Dear God,

It's me. Again. Do you have a minute?

Thank you that this week has come to its end. And that in spite of the emotional upheavals of the days gone by, there is now a rainbow of inner peace looming in the horizon.

Thank you that in spite of my shortcomings; my blubbering inability to express myself in coherent terms when confronted with the challenge to do so, YOU fill in for me.

Thank you that even when, I unintentionally break things, so to speak, you are able to glue back those precious pieces together, again.

Thank you too, that even when my heart gets bruised, you have a super band- aid that purposefully mends my ache. You even kiss my boo boo away.

Thank you that tomorrow, we will have time to go to the beach, and maybe pet a dolphin or two. However, I have declined the safari tiger adventure. It's ok, they're great creatures and I've seen some locked in our local zoo, but to have them up close, isn't really my thing. No big deal.

Oh, and please please guide "Cuddles" ( my cat) back home. She frantically ran ran ran out the gate after bolting from my arms this afternoon. I know, it was my fault. I never should have attempted to show her the wonders of the front yard, when she was just happy enough lazying in her backyard domain. I dunno' what I was thinking :<

Thank you that I don't have to be perfect, or even pretend to be one, because YOU already are.

May all your wishes come true...oh what can happen to the kitty..reminds me of all the cats we had..all of them had disappeared.

The Lady Prism

Simply somebody who enjoys the company of a few intimate souls. I love the sound of sunbeams and the soothing brush of the shore on a sandy pebbled beach.

I love the ripple of cascading rain and singing brooks. I love the fluttery dance of fireflies and funny crickets on a dewy night. I love the melody of sultry whispers in my ears.

I love the view of a blue moon rising and of the Orion's Belt and of a meteor shower. I love the taste and aroma of French Vanilla Coffee on a Sunday morning in bed. I love moist brownies, almonds and pecans.

But most of all I love the feel of love wrapped around my arms. Welcome to the prism in me!

NEXT TIME

Next time what I'd do is look at the earth before saying anything. I'd stop
just before going into a houseand be an emperor for a minuteand listen better to
the wind or to the air being still.

When anyone talked to me, whether blame or praise or just passing time,I'd
watch the face, how the mouth has to work, and see any strain, any sign of what
lifted the voice.

And for all, I'd know more -- the earth bracing itself and soaring, the air
