Balmy Breeze

It's one of those precious January days when the air is balmy and the sky is just plain  lazy to shine. Everything is peaceful and if it weren't for my plan to go out and have a cup of of brew a bit later on, I'd be digging earth and repotting the yellow roses I bought last week. It'll have to wait till tomorrow. 

Days like this won't last long. By mid February we are warned that the El Nino phenomenon will brazenly be felt. Expect, expect, expect sunshine and heat, we all are admonished! Oh, but I like the sun and the heat and the beach. And really, the rains will come all in due time.

Just a little rant before I now head out....
