Just Me!

When the occasion calls for it, I swear! And today is such a day and so...I swear next week will be a week of taking care of ME! Yes, just me.

Because by golly, I'm still at it - this insane de-cluttering mode I have managed to program myself into. My house is not even a mess. At least, not when you give it a cursory sweeping glance. And sweeping is what I have been up to. And emptying shelves and cupboards and cabinets. Once I'm done with one, another potential space for arranging crops up.

I'm probably trying to escape from the fact that I need to take hold of an exercise program. I have managed to dissuade my husband from enrolling me at the usual gym ( can you imagine that!) saying I am a.....uhm'.."solitary practitioner." Somehow I have reassured him of my honest intent to go back to my yoga practice, and that the place where it is held has all the basic equipments for a good workout.

See..there..I've said it! I can't take it back. Once said is said. So yes, next week will be ME time Back to yoga, then a good sauna and massage, then hot oil treatment, manicure, pedicure, plus a rejuvenating facial. After all, a happy mommy equals a happy family...so I say..hehe!

Whimsy is beautiful. Michael my cat is 19 years old and will be 20 in May. Long time. Curves is a good place to work out. I enjoy it. 30 to 45 minutes a day is all you need. Yes I'm decluttering too. I took some things this morning to Goodwill and today I am going in my closet and removing what I don't use. Thanks for sharing, have a great weekend. Enjoy your day out at the spa.

I have been in the after Christmas decluttering mode as well.
It has been so cold here I have been dreading my morning walks. Oh I would love to go to a spa and have a facial and a massage!

The Lady Prism

Simply somebody who enjoys the company of a few intimate souls. I love the sound of sunbeams and the soothing brush of the shore on a sandy pebbled beach.

I love the ripple of cascading rain and singing brooks. I love the fluttery dance of fireflies and funny crickets on a dewy night. I love the melody of sultry whispers in my ears.

I love the view of a blue moon rising and of the Orion's Belt and of a meteor shower. I love the taste and aroma of French Vanilla Coffee on a Sunday morning in bed. I love moist brownies, almonds and pecans.

But most of all I love the feel of love wrapped around my arms. Welcome to the prism in me!

Next Time

NEXT TIME

Next time what I'd do is look at the earth before saying anything. I'd stop
just before going into a houseand be an emperor for a minuteand listen better to
the wind or to the air being still.

When anyone talked to me, whether blame or praise or just passing time,I'd
watch the face, how the mouth has to work, and see any strain, any sign of what
lifted the voice.
